How to book a fixed departure Trekking in Nepal package?
Almost every trekking company has scheduled a fixed departure date to arrange the preferred trekking package to the trekkers at their own convenient time. To book the fixed departure date of Langtang Trekking, go through our website, click the preferred package and then you will see Fixed Departure date on the 4th row after Trip overview, detail itinerary, and cost info. Select the month you have planned for trekking in Nepal and book the package.
Some Terms and Conditions to book or cancel the package:
The trekkers can book the Gosaikunda Helambu trek package or any other trekking package before one (1) year or ten (10) days of the fixed departure date. The company agrees to conduct the Langtang group joining trek if at least 2 trekkers book the package. But trek if there will be less than 2 trekkers in group trek, the company reserves the authority to amend or postpone it. The company will refund the payment or postpone the trip on your desired date or manage an alternative trip if such circumstances arise.In case of solo trekkers, we organize trek though there will be less than 2 trekkers only if the company and trekker come to an agreement. If the booking cancellation request is made 60 days prior to the original trip departure, there won’t be any deduction in the booking price. The policy of our company is: No trekkers can cancel the trip just 10 days prior to the fixed departure date. Otherwise, you will be charged a minimum U$D 50.00 or more than that. The company holds the right to cancel the challenging and risky Ganja La Pass Trek if any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, flight cancellation, strikes, wars, riots, quarantine, government intervention policy, weather conditions, etc. In such a case, we will refund the full price which you have paid to the agency.

Don’t panic! MMT organizes the trek in a small group of minimum 2 to maximum 10 trekkers so that solo Trekkers can also join the group.
