TIMS Card
Every trekkers must have TIMS card in Nepal. The card is for safety and security purpose and the fee goes partly for the rescue purposes and maintenance of trails. Free Individual Trekkers(FITs) get the green TIMS cards and group trekkers have blue TIMS cards. Requirements to obtain TIMS Card:
- A copy of Passport
- Two passport sized photographs
